A backup is made every day, so you can restore your site to any day within the plan period: 1, 2, 3 and up to 30 days back (Max plan)

No. Your domain can stay with your registrar and point to BitLab hosting. Domain transfer is a separate option in the order form.
Yes. Select the services you need in the form. For a domain, enter the name, extension and DNS servers. For SSL, enter the certificate type and full domain name.
The cards show the annual price; the monthly amount is an approximate equivalent. Prices exclude VAT. We confirm the total price, offer terms and renewal price before fulfilment.
SSL is included in plans Business, Business Plus and Max. Separate paid SSL certificates have their own offers and terms. Include any specific certificate or subdomain requirements in your enquiry.
The displayed amount is hosting storage. Confirm the website and email allocation for your plan before ordering. Backup storage is separate.
In your order notes, state that you want a migration and include the domain. Our team will agree on technical conditions, scope and timing with you.
